We are in search of an experienced product manager who will collaborate with our sales, marketing and technology teams to drive the development and enhancement of our product set. • Prior responsibility overseeing payment industry products

• Ability to understand and explain complex processes and systems
• Comfortable simultaneously supporting multiple individuals and tasks in a fast paced working environment
• Highly organized but comfortable in a fluid, dynamic working environment.

Primary responsibilites:

• Manage strategic and tactical elements of the entire product line life cycle
• Recommend enhancements to existing products and new product solutions based on market research, customer and cross-departmental feedback
• Create and manage product requirement documents
• Provide subject matter expertise across organization for each product
• Coordinate with corporate marketing team to support marketing efforts
• Support sales team in key sales efforts by providing product expertise
• Collaborate and communicate with with key departments across organization regarding product and product activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support product training, sales, and promotional programs
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge And Skill Requirements:

• REQUIRED: Prior experience in the payment processing industry
• At least three years experience in product management or related role
• Computer savvy, with experience using web and MS Office applications
• Exceptional interpersonal communications skills is required
• General familiarity with technology preferred
