Primary responsibilites:

• Manage sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention through telephone, electronic and personal sales practices.
• Consistantly meet or exceed individual and department sales targets
• Monitor and manage sales team to ensure adherence to procedures and best practices
• Personally oversee key sales throughout the entire sales process
• Mentor and train sales team to drive improved sales practices
• Maintain and utilize Custom Relationship Manager (CRM) database
• Collaborate with corporate marketing team to sell and promote our products and solutions
• Participate in the development of new sales programs, promotions and products by providing customer feedback.
• Lead the recruitment of new sales associates by identifying, recruiting, and interviewing potential new candidates

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with members of cross-functional teams teams on various projects
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge And Skill Requirements:

• REQUIRED: Prior experience in the payment processing industry
• Minimum of ten years sales experience
• Minimum of two years experience in managing a sales team
• Computer savvy, with experience using web and MS Office applications
• Exceptional interpersonal communications skills is required
• General familiarity with technology preferred
